He has worked with many EMS companies on a wide range of projects, and is best known as the Founder and former CEO of CalcuQuote. Kin Leong is a visionary leader with three decades of experience driving growth and innovation in the manufacturing and technology sectors. His expertise spans operational excellence, technological transformation, and corporate governance, reflecting a deep commitment to fostering success and excellence within manufacturing organizations.

Throughout his career, Kin has held diverse responsibilities across all facets of electronics manufacturing, including manufacturing engineering, test engineering, quality assurance, research and development, supply chain, professional services, business development, marketing, human resources, and senior management. He is recognized as a critical thinker and a dedicated problem-solver, with a strong inclination for continuous learning and improvement.

Kin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Automation Engineering from Simon Fraser University (SFU), where he currently chairs the Industrial Advisory Board to provide invaluable industry insight to aspiring engineers. Fluent in English and Chinese, his global perspective is enriched by 15 years of offshoring experience in Asia and 10 years of reshoring from China. He offers strategic guidance on operations, fosters transparency and clarity in process optimization, and possesses a proven track record of driving sustainable growth.
